Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation of the participant

1. The contract can be cancelled by the participant in text form (e.g. by e-mail, fax or letter) free of charge no later than one working day before the day of the start of the event. Working days in this context are exclusively all days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays at the event location. (Examples: If the event takes place on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, the cancellation must take place no later than midnight on Thursday. If the event takes place on a Tuesday, the cancellation must take place no later than midnight on Friday of the previous week.)
2. If the provider receives a cancellation later, it may reduce the seminar fee by up to 50 percent at its reasonable discretion if there is an important reason on the part of the participant; without an important reason, the full seminar fee will be charged.
3. If a participant does not attend the event or leaves it early, the full seminar fee will be charged.
4. Statutory rights of cancellation, the right to terminate for important reasons and the statutory right of withdrawal remain unaffected by the provisions of paragraphs 1 to 3.
